Iranian Nukes

So what are we to do with the state of Israel. Are we just supposed to back up our only friend in the Middle East or do we just let them fend for themselves. So your little brother is being bullied by a bunch other kids are you going to just stand there and let him be bullied or you going to back him up. To me the answers are easy. But how come they’re not easy? How come we don’t have a clear policy in the Middle East? Is it because we don’t understand what is going on in the middle east. A simple answer is yes. The people who are
trying to fix these problems are not seeking the one who could fix it. Because they don’t know Him or seek His counsel.

A prophecy: The word of the Lord concerning Israel.

The Lord, who stretches out the heavens, who lays the foundation of the earth, and who forms the spirit in human beings, declares: “I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that sends all the surrounding peoples reeling. Judah will be besieged as well as Jerusalem. On that day, when all the nations of the earth are gathered against her, I will make Jerusalem an immovable rock for all the nations. All who try to move it will injure themselves. On that day I will strike every horse with panic and its rider with madness,” declares the Lord. “I will keep a watchful eye over the house of Judah, but I will blind all the horses of the nations. Then the clans of Judah will say in their hearts, ‘The people of Jerusalem are strong, because the Lord Almighty is their God.’

“On that day I will make the clans of Judah like a firepot in a woodpile, like a flaming torch among sheaves. They will consume right and left all the surrounding peoples, but Jerusalem will remain intact in her place.

“The Lord will save the dwellings of Judah first, so that the honor of the house of David and of Jerusalem’s inhabitants may not be greater than that of Judah. On that day the Lord will shield those who live in Jerusalem, so that the feeblest among them will be like David, and the house of David will be like God, like the angel of the Lord going before them. On that day I will set out to destroy all the nations that attack Jerusalem.

“And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and supplication. They will look on me, the one they have pierced, and they will mourn for him as one mourns for an only child, and grieve bitterly for him as one grieves for a firstborn son. On that day the weeping in Jerusalem will be great, like the weeping of Hadad Rimmon in the plain of Megiddo. (Zechariah 12:1-11 TNIV)

Did you notice the verse that said and they will look on me, the one they had pierced. Who do you suppose the one they had pierced is? Jesus? Remember this is way before Jesus was born. Megiddo? Where have I heard that name before? Oh yes, it is another word for Armageddon. But don’t take my word for it. http://www.britannica.com/EBchecked/topic/35056/Armageddon

Why is it that the Jewish people have had such hatred against them throughout history? I tell you. They the Jewish people and Israel are a stark reminder of the power of Almighty God and that His plan is still in effect and to trust in Him. The god of this world knows that his time is coming to a close and he is going to pull out all the stops to confuse. Look around you my friends then look up for your redemption draws near. Do I know the day or the hour?

“Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door. Truly I tell you, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.

“But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left.

“Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.

“Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom the master has put in charge of the servants in his household to give them their food at the proper time? It will be good for that servant whose master finds him doing so when he returns. Truly I tell you, he will put him in charge of all his possessions. But suppose that servant is wicked and says to himself, ‘My master is staying away a long time,’ and he then begins to beat his fellow servants and to eat and drink with drunkards. The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he is not aware of. He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. (Matthew 24:32-51 TNIV)

Noah knew the flood was coming and we as believers know that the time is short. I don’t know the day our the hour but I trust in the Lord in all things. I do not trust in man. I trust in the Lord. Call me crazy. I do not have to build an arc for He is my shelter and my strength. Do not fear the world my friends fear the Lord for He our life boat and our anchor to weather the coming storms. God Bless you all. Also read Romans Chapter 11
